Patrick’s background

Patrick lives in France and has been working in IT for over 20 years. He started as an IT technician in 2004, where he got really good at using web languages like PHP and creating useful tools for his company.

In 2008, he joined a new company as a web developer and IT technician. There, he learned a lot about PHP, MySQL, and Linux. He also helped people with their computer problems and learned about many different tools and software used in the company.

Patrick spent 12 years at this company, eventually becoming the Systems and Networks Manager, managing a team of three technicians. Now a full-time blogger, he spends his time doing what he’s passionate about: improving his websites and sharing his knowledge about computers and security.

He also created MD5Online in 2012 as a way to experiment with MD5 hashes. It’s now a major site in the field. Patrick is interested in all sorts of things related to the maintenance of computers, systems, and networks. That’s why he started InfosecScout, to share everything he knows about computer security with you.

Patrick also works on other websites in both French and English. You can learn more about him and his work by visiting his personal website. If you’re interested in computers and security, you might find you have a lot in common with him.
